Last Chance to Submit 2014 Annual Meeting Proposals

Time is running out to suggest proposals for consideration at the 2014 Annual Meeting in San Diego. The final deadline is April 22, 2013, when ideas for seminars are due.

AAAAI members must submit their seminar proposals for programming consideration via the official AAAAI online proposal submission site. If you need assistance in completing your proposal, contact the appropriate committee leadership. Committee rosters with contact information are available from the AAAAI website.

Changes to your submission can be made until the April 22 deadline. Only completed submissions will be reviewed by the appropriate interest section. During this process, proposals may be revised, combined, forwarded as submitted or declined. The interest sections will then forward a list of proposals on to the appropriate subcommittee of the Annual Meeting Program Committee.
