Only a Few Days Remain to Submit 2017 Annual Meeting Proposals

Looking ahead to the 2017 AAAAI Annual Meeting in Atlanta, consider submitting a session proposal online by April 11. The proposal site is located at annualmeeting.aaaai.org. 

Only proposals that are complete on the April 11 deadline will be considered for programming. If you need assistance in completing your proposal, contact the appropriate committee leadership. A list of committee leaders is available by logging into the AAAAI website and clicking on “My Membership,” then selecting “AAAAI Constituency Groups.”  

The deadline for submitting all proposals is Monday, April 11 at 11:59 pm CT (including seminar and allied health proposals).

After the April 11 deadline passes, the proposal submissions will be forwarded to the appropriate interest section for further review and vetting. Interest section leaders need to hear your voice now to build a program that meets your learning and practice needs in the future. 

Be aware that the AAAAI receives a significant number of proposals to fill a finite number of session slots. Some proposals may not be programmed, or may be combined, substantially altered or programmed as a different session type than originally proposed.
