AAAAI and CDC Collaborate to Bring You Important Immunization Information

The AAAAI and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have collaborated to bring you information on the need for immunizations. The release of this information is timely as the CDC will participate in observing National Immunization Week from December 8-14.

To help you start conversations with your patients, a series of educational handouts from the CDC is available on the AAAAI website. These handouts cover the following topics related to allergy/immunology:

• Adults with Weakened Immune Systems and the Flu Vaccine
• Chronic Respiratory Disease and the Flu Vaccine
• Egg Allergy and the Flu Vaccine

AAAAI members can print the documents and place them in their waiting rooms or use them with their patients.
