Professionalism in Medical Practice Self-Assessment Module
Professionalism in medicine is one of the six core competencies defined by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) that form the basis for the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) process. The AAAAI Professionalism in Medical Practice Self-Assessment Module was designed to allow members to self-assess professionalism behaviors in their own practice by answering a series of knowledge and case study questions. Physicians can earn 5.00 AMA PRA Category 1 CME CreditsTM and 5 credits toward the self-assessment requirement of the ABAI’s MOC program. The self-assessment is free and credit can be claimed through December 31, 2017.
