January 15 is the Last Day to Submit Plenary Proposals for the 2015 Annual Meeting
Proposals for sessions at the 2015 Annual Meeting in Houston are being accepted, and the first deadline for plenary sessions is quickly approaching on January 15, 2014. Suggest your idea for a plenary before it’s too late.
All proposals must be submitted via the online submission site. Only complete proposals with all required information will be considered. If you need assistance in completing your proposal, contact the appropriate committee leadership. Committee rosters with contact information are available on the AAAAI website.
Please note that only plenary proposals are due by January 15, 2014. The other proposal deadlines are:
- Courses, symposia, pro/con debates and all workshops: March 17, 2014
- All seminars: April 28, 2014
Changes to your submission can be made until the appropriate deadline. After the deadline, only completed submissions will be reviewed by the appropriate interest section. During this process, proposals may be revised, combined, forwarded as submitted or declined. The interest sections will then forward a list of proposals on to the appropriate workgroup of the Annual Meeting Program Subcommittee.
Please note: The AAAAI receives a large number of session proposals to fill a finite number of slots. Not all proposals will be programmed and many proposals will be combined with others.
Contact the AAAAI executive office at (414) 272-6071 or cme@aaaai.org with any questions.
