There’s Still Time to Join an AAAAI Committee

Are you looking for a way to develop additional A/I knowledge, share your expertise and network with colleagues? All it takes is joining an AAAAI committee. September 9, 2013, is the deadline to get involved.

The process is simple. First, learn more about the committee opportunities available to AAAAI members. There is a committee for every interest and your involvement helps the AAAAI move the specialty forward.

Next, email committees@aaaai.org with the committees you have an interest in joining. You can nominate colleagues as well. Emails must be received by September 9, 2013, to be considered for the 2014-2015 committee term, which begins late February 2014.

Nominations are reviewed by AAAAI President-Elect James T. Li, MD, PhD, FAAAAI, and presented to the Board of Directors at their November 2013 meeting. You will receive notification in December 2013 if your appointment has been approved.

It’s up to you to take full advantage of your member benefits. Nominate yourself or a colleague to serve on a committee.
